This weekend we take time to honor our fallen veterans and celebrate their act of service.
As many of us will still practice safe distancing, let us remember the sacrifices we have made this last year and reflect on the sacrifices of the fallen soldiers of our country. Let us rejoice in the memories of our loved ones and help a neighbor who may be grieving.
As Memorial Day weekend passes, I want you to remember how Jesus laid down his life for us. This is the love we were taught and let us remember our brothers and sisters that laid down their lives for their country.
On behalf of our Senior Bishop and the entire Board of Bishops, we pray for our fallen soldiers and remember their sacrifices.
For the greatest love of all is a love that sacrifices all. And this great love is demonstrated when a person sacrifices his life for his friends. – John 15:13
