Welcome to COCHUSA’s official Digital Media Form.  This form serves as the official process of submitting a request to add, edit or remove content from the national website.  Your request must consist of a valid email address, a description of your request, and a date the request needs to be completed.

Submission Guidelines

  • National Announcements are Website Updates are done on a weekly basis.  These request must be submitted by 12pm EST on each Friday.
  • Website Update requests will be completed within 3 business days.
  • Social Media Content Deadlines
    • All social media content is prepared in advance. To be included, requests must be submitted by the 25th of the month prior to posting.

“Who Can Submit Requests?

To keep things running smoothly, we ask that all website requests come from a BAM leader or someone authorized by your BAM leader. They’ll let the webmaster know who’s been given the green light to submit updates. Thanks for helping us stay organized and connected!

Please note: National announcements and website updates are also done weekly. You must submit your National Announcement by 12pm on each Friday. Website updates submitted by 12pm on Friday will be completed by Wednesday. All content for the next month must be submitted by the 25th of the prior month.
