This is to inform you of our National support for the Seek God for the City 2013 campaign. This is an effort to mobilize our congregations to pray with united vision for our communities. The forty days to Psalms Sunday provides an excellent season of sustained , hope-filled prayer. This year’s dates ar February 13 — March 24, 2013.
The Waymakers have again published a devotional prayer guide that can be purchased by calling (800) 264-5214 or (512) 419-7729 or visiting the website, www.waymakers.org. Special discounts can be received for bulk orders. Also, the prayer app: Seek God for the City 2013 is available in app format for iPhone, iPad and Android smartphones and tablets for just $.99 cents.
As in past years, we plan to conduct weekly prayer calls and encourage our entire membership to participate.
